Others think they are the work of the yellow meadow ant taking advantage of the well-drained soil here.&nbsp; What do you think caused them?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below the trig pillar, look for 8 carved boundary stones with the initials R.B., rumored to refer to \u2018Reep Bounds\u2019, as the Reep family farmed the area since the 14<em><sup>th<\/sup> century.&nbsp;<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What\u2019s in a name? The River Tamar, and the railway bridge across the Tavy at its confluence with that river, can be made out on an exceptionally clear day.
