The&nbsp;Scilly Spirit Distillery&nbsp;makes award-winning gin using local botanicals, and caf\u00e9s such as&nbsp;Kavorna&nbsp;champion island-grown ingredients. The 16km <a href=\"https:\/\/www.islandeering.com\/walk-around-st-marys-isles-of-scilly\/\">St Mary\u2019s coast path<\/a> passes most of the island\u2019s historic and natural highlights \u2013 including some great beaches for wild swimming.
